I often use MS-Access just to open tables and poke around. It's easy to 
view/edit/query tables.

I am pretty sure you are right...i think my problem is out of Tango as
Alexander mentioned it....so now i am trying to find out how to test my
datasource though ODBC Control Panel which i don't really know how to do ;)

I wish I knew more about PostgresSQL. I can guarantee that you need to leave
the setting as a System data source type (I was with EveryWare/Pervasive for
almost 5 years from Tango 1.0 to Tango 2000) but I can't provide any further
assistance with regards to your database engine.

I am not familiar with PostgresSQL but I am familiar with WiTango. You must
set up your datasource as a System datasource, not File.
