Greetings. We have a neat Tango section which allows an administrator to upload grading files. When the algorithm was first put into use, it worked flawlessly - the files being created were under 1 Megabyte each. Now the system has gotten to a size whereby some of the files are quite bulky - about 4 to 9-Megabytes in size.
We witnessed all version of Microsoft Internet Explorer up to 5.1.4 bomb out half-way through the operation; the process was working, for one of the 3 files was created; they all get created in the same place. There is no write access or disk space issues. There is also no HTML "<META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="xxx; URL=timeout.html"> entry. The T4SERVER.INI QueryTimeout parameter has been set to 1200. A fellow Tango-er mentioned that I might use the "'enctype="multipart/form-data"' attribute" in the FORM statement, but this does not seem to do the trick. What's worse is that now Netscape seems to be timing out, too; it used to work, but I think the files are getting too large. But, at least Netscape returns with a Timeout message on the browser. Internet Explorer just goes off the deep end and you have to close the window. Anyone experience this on a Win 2K Adv Server SP2 / IIS configuration with the WiTango App Server unlimited edition?
