One possibility comes to mind, but I'm not positive. Do you have the witango-talk list set up in your Outlook Contacts? If it is, have you checked the box on the contact record that says "Send as Plain Text"?
I know I'm reaching here, but I'm out of ideas. You're right though, everything you send is being displayed as Rich Text. If I'm not mistaken I've always seen your posts in the smaller font. Maybe someone at Witango or someone else on the list has an idea. Have a great day. Yes, 'Hmmm' is right, I would expect thaat an HTML msg would stay HTML, and likewise a Rich Text stay Rich Text. And that is what I see, but I would also expect my Plain Text msg's to stay Plain Text. Your reply below came to me in Plain Text, as you might have expected. But I'm replying now in Plain Text and will likely see this msg in Rich Text once it is distributed to the list!! I don't see every message as HTML or Rich Text. For example, your previous message that I replied to I left in HTML. It came to the list in HTML, at least from what I see. This message I specifically changed to Plain Text before I sent it. Does it show up for you any differently?
