Witango-Talk: Reading and writing files to a different machine

Hi all,
I have a form that gets data from user, when the form is submited, i
generate a file and then write that file to a different machine on the same
network, I get a permission denied error when i try to write file from
mahine 'A' to machine 'B', I am using IIS 5 
Any idea?
