Yes, this is one I can answer.
The problem becomes clear when you know that:
-- one operating system cannot perform functions on another operating
system; and
-- by default, Witango loads and runs under the System account (assuming
Wintel).
To overcome this hurdle, you can:
-- change which account the Witango Daemon runs under (within the NT
Services control panel) to some other account; and
-- give that account permissions to log onto the remote machine.
