It does not allow for hosting of Tango files other than your own. (you 
can't host Tango files for other parties)

It was so long ago, but I seem to recall that if you emailed someone @ 
pervaive they would remove this restiction in the license agreement. They 
likely wanted to know how many users were out there hosting files for 
others.
