I am having an attorney draft a contract for dealing with a prospective
client. I have a question about proper vocabulary.
What would be an appropriate term to refer to Witango, Oterro, R:Base, and
R:Tango? Would this be "firmware"?
What would be the term to refer to the taf, tcf, html, etc files that I
develop for a particular application? Would it be "application code or
software"?
