You may want to look in the registry un this key to see what's installed:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Explorer Bars

But double check what's there before deleting anything, as some of these may
quite useful. Also, it may be a piece of  what you and I would normally
consider to be "part of windows" or parts of other programs you installed.
