Witango-Talk: Encoding of HTML in multipart mails

Hello!   does anyone know a simple way of encoding HTML so it can be put straight into a multipart mail message withouth the hassle of trying to replace the =3D and =20 yourself?    Example of mail-encoded HTML:   <>   BODY { =09backgroun= d-color:=20#EEEEEE; =09margin-left:=200; =09margin-top:=200; =09mar= gin-right:=200; =09margin-bottom:=200; =09font-family=20:=20Verdana,= =20Geneva,=20Arial,=20Helvetica,=20sans-serif; =09font-size:=2012; =09= color:=20#333333; }   regards Peter
