Hello, I think what you are asking for is just about a dropdown away :)

Try to switch your mail action content type to HTML in the option tab, so
the server does the encoding job automatically

If it's not what you seek maybe
http://www.fourmilab.ch/webtools/base64/
and
http://www.fourmilab.ch/webtools/qprint/

may help you

Subject: Witango-Talk: Encoding of HTML in multipart mails

Hello!

does anyone know a simple way of encoding HTML so it can be put straight
into a multipart mail message withouth the hassle of trying to replace the
=3D and =20 yourself?

Example of mail-encoded HTML:

<STYLE=20TYPE=3D'text/css'>

BODY
{
=09backgroun=
d-color:=20#EEEEEE;
=09margin-left:=200;
=09margin-top:=200;
=09mar=
gin-right:=200;
=09margin-bottom:=200;
=09font-family=20:=20Verdana,=
=20Geneva,=20Arial,=20Helvetica,=20sans-serif;
=09font-size:=2012;
=09=
color:=20#333333;
}

regards
Peter
