Jamileh:

We've done this.

In order to authenticate Win2k user credentials via Witango, you need to build an interface to the AD object code. Such an interface,  commonly called a "wrapper," can be built using C++ or VB.

We have developed this code in cooperation with one of our clients, and it works like a trooper.

If you or anyone is interested in licensing, please contact me off-line.

Tango 2K on W2K server using IIS, serving authenticated AD users only.
The USERNAME doesn't work on our server; it just shows blank.  Other
CGIPARAM attributes do work, but not the username.

I'd like to change the login system on our intranet server to one that
recognizes their authenticated NT username, instead of making them use a
separate login, but it doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas on what I need to do enable this?

Thanks!     j
