Config.taf calls it "cache taf files" or something similar - the actual
setting is "CACHE=true" in the t4server.ini file.  When the server isn't
cacheing it will have stability problems under load.  This might or might
not be a cause of your problems.

The behavior you describe suggests an "implementation" type problem
(somewhere between the chair and the webserver) or restarts in the Tango
server.  It will require some investigation and debugging.  The good news
- this isn't something endemic to all Tango installations and, like Daniel
says, there are plenty of people who can help you with this.

Also, Witango 5 should go a long way to increasing stability under load.
