Scott, your post was very useful and I believe it has gotten me farther down the path, but as before I can't seem to get the response from the UPS server I am looking for. I tried out the POSTARGS with the @URL, but am still receiving no results. I have attached the TAF content as it is now. Is there a way to see if anything is happening? Even with the Debug on I can't see anything (good or bad). I would greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter.
