Witango-Talk: UPS Rates issue with XML

Hi Everyone,
I'm back again with the same UPS/XML issue. Scott, you have helped out a HUGE amount, but I am still not receiving anything back from UPS. To avoid the SSL <@URL> issue with OS X Witango server, I have moved the file over to another machine running Tango2000. I am still unable to see anything in the Debugger for reference to the real conflict. The current test link is: http://www.transactsecure2.net/UPS_rate.taf

I have also attached the TAF file for reference.

I appreciate any advice or assistance given for this issue. Also, once 
this issue is solved, it might be a good idea to permanently post it
