Hi Robert,

Same results as last time - my TCP Trace tool says an encrypted response is
sent back from UPS - but Tango cannot:

"unable to send data: An SSL Connection could not be established"

I had to remove the <@DOM portion of your code again because the XML you are
trying to send is not XML compliant.

The "unabled to send data" part is supposed to occur "after" the SSL
handshake - which Tango can't seem to handle.

The results you are getting, based on your link, indicates that the file you
sent us cannot be the same one you are running live - because I had to
modify mine to get it to work at all. Please check you're sending us an
exact copy of what you are using live.
