I remember there being a problem with the files that were on the actual CD that came with the book. I'm sure that there is something in the list archives about the problem. I'm bringing this up because I don't want to see people go to a lot of trouble for files that might not work correctly.
I think that the author of the book provided a set of replacement files which were posted on someone server. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy.
