Is it possible to have different character set than ISO-8859-1, for
Slovenia is WINDOWS-1250. If I change it in header, then witango
doesn't recognize taf anymore. I have problem with Slovenian specific
characters. I don't know if you will se them but here they are:
���� /lower case
���Ǝ /upper case
ISO-8859-2 is also useless.
