<@cgiparam http_cookie> returns a bunch of info from "foreign" computers (e.g., not Witango ones), and the data I needed to retrieve was embedded in that.. though it was a bit off (in terms of the terms used). However, we're close enough so that now we have a solution.
What I really wanted *was* the entire header string, but on a Windows server. (And on Mac OS X, it didn't work, either, to get the full string... it is called <@cgiparam full_request>)

Check the 'cgiparam' tag - on the Mac you can get the entire header string; on other platforms you can still get most of it (user agent, referrer, etc).
