You should receive an email with your logon information, plus a link to http://xml-extra.net/install/xmlx.exe which is an older version of my Explorer Bar. If you install this Explorer Bar, and logon to my site you see my Explorer Bar in action. I enabled right-clicking on the bar so you can look at the "view-source" and see how I use the <IFRAME> in this particular case. The green bar on the right-side of the Explorer Bar is my refreshing <IFRAME> page. It's green, because I tell my users that if it changes to any other color - then they've lost their connection to the Internet, and that they should logoff and back on again. Let me know if you don't receive your Logon Notification email because my ISP SMTP service has been a bit flaky the last few days. By the way, the site you logon onto is an older version of my Intranet product called "Salsa". The newer version is "entirely" XML/XSLT enabled with a few more features. Hope this helps. Cheers....
