Yes its a known issue... and there is a solution.
This is talked about in the beta-List, because it is still preview.
Robert, if you later try out, could you test against any datatype of primebase to secure the JDBC to go ok. I had problems accessing different datatypes in OpenBase and reported them. I will also check out fropntbase in nearer future and post it to beta also.
