Witango-Talk: Any way to include a pdf file?

I am setting up a web page, and decided it would be neat if I could just use includes (in a table) rather than frames. This was because I wanted to load two frames on one link, and wanted to avoid Javascript.

Well, everything works VERY nicely except that one of the files is a PDF file and it loads as postscript (see below), rather than PDF...
I tried adding an encoding=none, but that didn't fix the problem...
