Hi Dale, Content that is not text based, cannot be embedded in an HTML page.
It's like if you tried to do an @include for a GIF image in your HTML - it wouldn't work either. The webpage either has to reference the non-text content externally via the <IMG> tag, or with something like the <OBJECT> or <APPLET> tags. Off the top of my shinny head, I don't think PDF works with the HTML <OBJECT> tag, so if you want to show the PDF surrounded by other HTML content then you have to use <FRAME> or <IFRAME> and call the PDF separately. One of the main reasons this breaks, is because the HTTP Header for the content is missing, so the browser doesn't understand what the binary content is and therefore won't load the appropriate plug-in.
