Since my current experience is that my uploading to web forms with Safari is that it only doesn't work with witango, I would submit it as a bug with Witango so they can investigate it and either report it to apple themselves, or fix the compatibility issue.
Please confirm that you post the bug.

The debug information you are showing for the Safari upload looks very unusual. I would hazard a guess that there is something not well-formed about your HTML that Safari is choking on - and as a result is posting gibberish. This is likely more of a browser issue than a Server issue.
Most browsers can compensate for bad HTML coding habits, but maybe Safari is
being too strict or can't deal with some particular element or attribute.
Do you have the upload form online somewhere that we can look at?

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced problems like this with Safari
and if so, how did they resolve them. I've tested this under Witango
5.0.1.062 and I get the same results so I'm pretty sure that this is a
Safari thing.
Any ideas?
