This is a great idea! I would love to submit some of my componets that I have made over the years, but when it comes to those of the calibre of Scott Cadillac and the likes, then mine is but "kiddie league".
I would hope that sometime you would do this with different categories. But, in the meantime, it sure doesn't hurt to submit something to build up a great archive. I for one would dedicate bandwidth and space for such a great componet archive. I know you all already have all that laid out, but I would be first in line to submit some just to maybe include mine and have more to select from.
