We've become very reliant on WiTango mail actions sending email and I'm getting worried about what would happen if the mail server died and we weren't aware of it. What is the best approach to implementing a backup mail server that WiTango would use if the primary one died? I've tried adding a secondary MX DNS record for the backup mail server, but WiTango doesn't use it if the mail server doesn't initially respond...
