You might try this,

Bring up Dev. Studio, delete the COM from COM/DCOM object in the studio,
then re-add the object into Dev. Studio. Then Open the Taf an make sure
there is no issues with the object and save it back out.

Also, There might be 2 Witango services running.

Subject: Witango-Talk: Application Termination of CLASS Files

Upgraded to Witango Server version 5.01.062 from 5.01.054 and began
have class file problems.

Noticed that pages calling COM objects or TCF would execute then
abruptly quit, returning no error information to the browser.

When look at the Witango logs I see the beginning execution of the TAF
the when it came to the TCF or COM object I get an error of...

[Application File] TERMINATED /tcf/BofA_eStore.tcf

or

[Create Object Action] Create_GMEngine_Class
[Query] (object creation of object COM://GMCOM.GMEngine.1:Method$gmcom
[Thread] Returning results
[Application File] TERMINATED /tcf/eogm.tcf

I would also get an error in Windows Application log of

The description for Event ID ( 10 ) in Source ( Witango_Server_5 )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote

an unrecoverable OS exception.

I thought this might have been a problem with the 3rd party COM Object,
but the TERMINATION also occurs on TCF I created in Witango.

I have since reverted back to 5.01.054 and everything is working fine.

Any ideas, I'd like to move to 5.01.062 since it has the vulnerability
fixes.
