You might try this, Bring up Dev. Studio, delete the COM from COM/DCOM object in the studio, then re-add the object into Dev. Studio. Then Open the Taf an make sure there is no issues with the object and save it back out.

I thought this might have been a problem with the 3rd party COM Object, but the TERMINATION also occurs on TCF I created in Witango. I have since reverted back to 5.01.054 and everything is working fine.
