In my debugging I've tried installing the COM object on a new computer then rebuilt the taf and object call on the newly installed computer. I've also rebuilt the TCF from scratch and it still fails.
In the services control panel there is only one Witango service. I've restarted the computer several times after restarting the Witango Service several times with no luck.

I thought this might have been a problem with the 3rd party COM Object, but the TERMINATION also occurs on TCF I created in Witango.
I have since reverted back to 5.01.054 and everything is working fine.
Any ideas, I'd like to move to 5.01.062 since it has the vulnerability fixes.
