Hi Eric,

I don't use MySQL myself, but I would check out the Witango documentation on
the "dataSourceLife" configuration variable.

Maybe Witango or the MySQL driver is having trouble interpreting when a
previous Datasource connection has properly expired, or if it's still open
and available.

Setting the dataSourceLife=0 might be a good place to start. Although this
can affect performance, I would be curious if this temporarily fixes things.
Then slowly increase the timeout and see what happens.
