i have the same probleme with a chat made with witango5. Sometimes the user have a blank page on explorer 6 or else, we search the reason a long time, but we finaly accepted this reason : the connection failled or was slower, and at the same time the browser is in full memory. user purges the browser (he quits and restart) and all is correct. we have this problem only on a page refreshes quickly and regularly (60 sec). no javascript on it. the blank page is really blank, nothing in the source of the page.
if anyone has an idea about that...?

Do you have a login? Do the white screens vary by logged in user, or by workstation?
If by workstation, do some workstations have "pop-up stoppers" installed?
Is there anything that is not plain vanilla in the page? Javascript or the like?
