1- our clients.ini doesn't have this line CLIENTIOTIMEOUT=300 (is it  
because it's the mac osx version?)
in the witango.ini, the querytimeout is 600, but no CLIENTIOTIMEOUT  
again on it.

2 - this page is not in relation with a database, but a big array....

you can do a couple of things if it is a timing issue.
1. go to the configuration folder of the witango server folder
and update the clients.ini and a the following line to each section
CLIENTIOTIMEOUT=300 (default value is 300 seconds)
example
[wiis.dll]
WITANGO_SERVER=127.0.0.1,18100
ERROR_HTML=C:\\Witango\\MiscFiles\\clienterror.html
REPORTCLIENTERROR=TRUE
CLIENTIOTIMEOUT=600
2. if you have large search or database activity try splitting it up  
and
us the PUSH to display results as they are built.

i have the same probleme with a chat made with witango5. Sometimes the
user have a blank page on explorer 6 or else, we search the reason a
long time, but we finaly accepted this reason : the connection failled
or was slower, and at the same time the browser is in full memory. user
purges the browser (he quits and restart) and all is correct. we have
this problem only on a page  refreshes quickly  and regularly (60 sec).
no javascript on it. the blank page is really blank, nothing in the
source of the page.
if anyone has an idea about that...?

Do you have a login? Do the white screens vary by logged in user, or

If by workstation, do some workstations have "pop-up stoppers"
installed?
Is there anything that is not plain vanilla in the page? Javascript or

the like?
