Yes, I changed the datasourcetimeout=1440.

I also stop and re-start the Tango service every morning at 1:00am.

Actually, it may be similar. Often Witango Server 5 is still running, but i
cannot stop it with the "net stop" command, nor with the "services" tool. I
have to restart the server.

So in your ini file you have:

DATASOURCETIMEOUT=1440
