C'est tres bizarre. I've been getting them today, too. I am mucking about with some external actions, so it's not really surprising I'd get the error, just odd to see it and then see these in email. Synchronicity strikes again!
Unfortunately, when I tried to restart the Tango service, it wouldn't. Had to bounce the server.
