Hello,
Has anyone come across the problem of =20 appearing instead of
spaces in e-mails sent from wiTango? This only happens occasionally ( say
one in every 100 e-mails sent) with a helpdesk system we operate. It happens
from more than one e-mail action in the same taf . When a user adds an
activity to a logged call the data in the activity is saved in the database
correctly and displays fine but the reciever of the e-mail sent from the
adding of the activity will get an e-mail with the data in the below format.
We are using wiTango 2000 and windows 2000 server.
