Hi Shannon, We have not had any other reports of issues on 10.2.8. What version of StuffIt Expander are you using? It should be 7.0.3. and the installer application needs to be version 1.3.2.
Once it has expanded if you control-click on the installer package icon and select "Show Package Contents" from the contextual menu, does it contain an Archive.bom file within the Contents directory?
