Hi Brad,   As I didn't exactly get what you have done and what not I made up this list for you. Check points 1 & 4 first. If it doesn't help then proceed to the others.   1. Are you ABSOLUTELY SURE you have not only the same DSN name but the same uid and pwd on the odbc connection as were the previous ones defined within the taf ???   2. Exactly which Firebird version / odbc driver are you using ? You might also try the Gemini ODBC driver, it works for me (http://www.ibdatabase.com/). Has the connection worked before and then with which versions ? What changes and where caused the problem ?   3. "...no matter which odbc driver I use and how I configure it..." Do you thereby mean that Tango Editor is refusing to connect to ANY ODBC data source ?   4. Is this an old taf with a new db connection ? Does it connect to the source if you create a new taf and from there try to establish a test connection ? If it works, then try to establish a new test connection within your old taf.   5. Does Tango Editor recognize your data source, can you see it listed among the ODBC data sources in Tango Editor ?
