Hi Steve, That sounds strange. Did you install while logged on with Admin rights?
Are you using IIS? Maybe try the "Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Event Viewer" and look in the "Application Log" and see if there is any entries for "Witango_Server_5" under "Source".
