Well, it's really cross server drive access I'm speaking of. If Web/Witango server A is attempting a FILE action for a web site on Web/Witango server B, you need to have a drive mapping in order for that to work. This is never a problem in a single server situation, since the hard drive is always same.
And to clarify, the FILE action does not use the client, it is direct from the Witango service, is pathed relative to the Witango service, and carries the permissions of the Witango service (another important note).
