Hmm, If you are in touch with them stay on them till they get it working. I'm sorry but I am late for getting packed for a flight out to FL in the morning so I'm out of time.
I am sure Rick or someone there can make this work right for you. I did once have trouble with an old installer but they sent me a new one and it worked fine that was maybe 5 months ago now. I would try and get Rick on the phone up there he is the best one to help you. Rick are you on the list monitoring this?
