Gene, Fistly, the email sent to the list by Diane was incorrect. I merely corrected the fact that it wasn't me who was having problems with my computer, but rather the VPN software you gave me which disabled my system.
Secondly, I have taken days to help support and resolve this problem with tags. I have been extremely helpful, and responsive. Third, I do not appreciate the uncouth manner to which you decide to express your opinion on an open list. I have been patient, and do not whine about providing technical support. And, I fail to see where my comment: "I've spent days trying to help resolve this issue, and this was all done without even the mention of any charge." Would insult anyone.
