You need to change your environment.plist file (sample one attached, change things like <username> and any addresses that are different from what you have). You will notice it is SHORTER than the old one. Do NOT put anything else back in...

Log out and back in again or restart.
You should be in business, with BOTH Witango and Macromedia working...
