I doubt there would be a noticeable difference.
In theory, the 2.8 would tend to be a little faster, but the XEON MP would have

2.0 GHz/512 KB L2/1MB L3 Cache Upgrade with Xeon Processor MP I
apologize I am unsure of what is better more processor speed of the L3 cache
with MP. If
anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. I am still not
