Got it !!!

After a lot of searches - I have found it on:

Developer
- Documentations
- downloads section (a very small link)
URL: http://www.witango.com/downloads/documentation.taf?vnav=downloads&page=userguides

Not found on:
- Witango Server 5.5 Installers (I think that this will be right place to set a link to the what's new doc...)
- Downloads (where all the docs are - except the "What's New in 5.5"- doc.

Regards and thank for helping

Daniel

Daniel,
Yes, you have missed reading the What's New in 5.5 document. ;)

The encoding process was cleaned up and some changes made to its behaviour
in Witango Server 5.5. The changes to the encoding are documented in the
What's New in 5.5 document which also provides a procedure for moving your
tafs from 5.0 to 5.5. Running the procedure across your taf and tcf files
should do the job. There may be some instances where you need to add an
encoding="html" but this is mainly when you are using attributes in xml that
may contain quotes.
