The encoding process was cleaned up and some changes made to its behaviour
in Witango Server 5.5.  The changes to the encoding are documented in the
What's New in 5.5 document which also provides a procedure for moving your
tafs from 5.0 to 5.5.  Running the procedure across your taf and tcf files
should do the job.  There may be some instances where you need to add an
encoding="html" but this is mainly when you are using attributes in xml that
may contain quotes.
  
Or if your using meta tags to prepopulate html form fields that may have quotes in the data.

Do I have missing something in the witango.ini file settings ???
