I downloaded that "Survey System" a while back and it isn't nearly as feature-rich as phpQuestionnaire. The link to the "Survery Sytems" (http://developer.witango.com/surveydemo) is now throwing a 404 error.
phpQuestionnaire would permit me to simply allow "survey admins" (authorized end users) to create and monitor their own surveys. I'm not saying I wouldn't have anything to do, but very little aside from some initial training. The feautes of phpQuestionnaire and ease of use are pretty incredible for the measly $200 bills: date-range for which survey will run, require unique ip addresses/cookie/etc, customize css templates (question/answer styles), import/export survey data and a ton more (http://www.chumpsoft.com/products/phpq/). I'm looking for a Witango equivalent and I don't mind paying a similar amout for a similarly-featured program; I can't write a survey system this robust for $200 bills. Please take a look at the link (http://www.chumpsoft.com/products/phpq/) as I really need a survey tool with these features. It may have an Oracle or MySQL database backend.
