it needs to URL Encoded, not HTML encoded. URL encoding for CR is "%0D" -- you may need to double check me, but pretty sure. Go here to for more info, and you can test in a form: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp Sending email this way is very rudimentary.
