I have to confess that I wish WiTango had one of those Marketing Manager
types whose job it is to set direction for the product and disseminate
information to the user base about where it is going. A bit of information
would go a long way to keeping the users happy.
That said, I know that any resources spent on the publicity side are being
diverted from the development side and don't directly make the product any
better.
But in the long run if people aren't confident and jump ship the ship
eventually sinks. To me that would be a tragedy.
