We'll use a localhost based (OS X Server Postfix) smtp solution for now.

The server does not support secure or authenticated SMTP. The
username and password parameters are only used by POP3 and IMAP4
with these tags.
The workaround is to have an smtp process running on the localhost
that will allow the witango server to send emails to it. The
local smtp server can then connect into your other mail servers.

We found the code samples in the developer section, but it uses
the mail action to send - close, but not quite what we need.
