Right Click on the Deskop -> New shortcut Set Patch of ShortCut to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" or where-ever IE is installed.
Right Click on the New shortcut and goto Properties. Change Target to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" <webpage you want to open>. BTW, If this is for a presentation or something of the sort you can add the -k argument to remove the toolbars and open in fullscreen mode. NOTE: The quotes are important so keep them around the executable. Don't include the webpage url in the quotes. Repeat the steps for each link you need.
