This is not working and the URef is 36 characters long.

When using load balancing, the User Reference contains the server IP and
TCP Port which the user obtained the Reference from. If your users are
not supporting cookies (and you are not passing the argument) this will
fail to function properly. Also, this add ional information will
lengthen the reference from 24 characters to 36, if you are not seeing
this, then load balancing is not properly setup.  Robert

server ???

<@UserReferenceArgument> not going back to same server in a load
balancing enviroment.
