Kevin, Verify that your clients.ini file is setup correctly, you should have two distinct IP adddress TCP/IP ports on your Witango_Server= line. Also, what platform, what version, and how many services are you trying to setup?

If your users are not supporting cookies (and you are not passing the argument) this will fail to function properly. Also, this add ional information will lengthen the reference from 24 characters to 36, if you are not seeing this, then load balancing is not properly setup.
